Infiniti Digital & ESIM Installation Guide

Congratulations on your new purchase of Omerta Infiniti Digital, our innovative new technology for delivering secure & private telecommunications to clients across the globe. The instructions below will guide you through the process of converting your Samsung phone into a world class, high end security phone in under ten minutes.

Infiniti Digital & ESIM Installation Guide

Please find your Omerta Infiniti Digital QR Code saved with the Certificate of Authentication. The order in which you install the QR codes is important. This means install Infiniti before installing ESIM. Review the instructions below before setting up the device. 


Lastly, note that installing Infiniti is a very forgiving process. This means should any mistake occur, you can simply reset the phone & start the process again.


How to install Infiniti



Prior to setup:

If you are converting a handset you have been using already then you may want to backup your apps & contacts etc. Samsung has a great app to enable this - Samsung Smart Switch. An article for migrating devices can be found here.


Once backed up you must factory reset your device.


Infiniti Installation

  1. Power your phone on. 
  2. From the opening screen draw a plus sign on the screen with your finger - this will load a new menu
  3. On the new screen choose QR Code
  4. Scan the code provided here to begin Infiniti conversion.
  1. The initial setup will ask you what apps & Samsung services you wish to use. Deactivate select next until you arrive to the Omerta Infiniti install page.
  1. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
  2. On completion, ensure your device is connected to the internet. 


How to install ESIM

NB Check your device is ESIM compatible by visiting this 

Your Samsung Galaxy includes an eSIM which functions as a SIM card. You can use the mobile network after activating the eSIM. To activate an eSIM, follow the simple guide below.


Your ESIM QR Code is included with your Certificate of Authentication.

NB ENSURE YOUR ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET BY WIFI

  1. Launch the Settings app and tap Connections.
  2. Tap SIM card manager.
  3. Tap Add mobile plan.
  4. Choose Add mobile plan > Scan carrier QR code.
  5. Use your camera to scan the eSIM QR code

Do not use an OmertaNet ESIM in conjunction with another sim card.
OmertaNet does not support Dual SIM configuration. 

Troubleshooting

Activate Internet - Set APN

{NB Should not be necessary}

Your phone will automatically retrieve the settings for connecting to a mobile network from your SIM card. ON occasion this may fail & you might have to set your APN manually.

  • From the home screen, swipe up on the screen to open the menu.

  • Tap Settings.  

  • Tap Connections.

  •   Tap Data usage.

    • If Mobile data is disabled, enable Mobile data and tap the back symbol.

    • If Mobile data is enabled, tap the back symbol.

  • Tap Mobile networks.

  • Tap Access Point Names.

  • Tap the SIM card in use, such as, SIM 1.

  • Tap Add.

    • Under Name, enter OmertaNet

    • Under APN, enter Fastaccess

  •   Tap the three dots on the top right hand side of the screen

  •   Tap Save.  

  • Tick OmertaNet.

Return to the home-screen, wait a few minutes and try browsing the internet.
