I cannot access the internet after configuring the SIM
The most common reason is the APN is not configured correctly. Check the following items:
- Check the APN settings for typos, extra spaces or capitalisation. The APN name is case sensitive so Fastaccess must start with a capital F, there cannot be space anywhere& the spelling must match. The Name R must be a capital.
- Ensure the APN has been saved and selected. After adding the APN, touch the 3 dots at the top right and select save.
