Setting Up E-Sim:All Major Platforms

1. These instructions are intended for those who have purchased an e-sim.
2. If you have a physical SIM card, see these instructions
3. Do not use an OmertaNet ESIM in conjunction with another sim card.
4. OmertaNet does not support Dual SIM configuration.

For all users: Ensure connected to wifi before commencing.
For Android:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Go to Network & Internet.
  3. Select Mobile Network.
  4. Navigate to Advanced > Carrier > Add Carrier or Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Carrier > Add Carrier, depending on your device.
  5. Scan the QR code provided using your phone's camera.

iPhone

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Choose Cellular or Mobile Data, depending on your location.
  3. Select Add Cellular Plan or Add Data Plan.
  4. Scan the QR code that came with your iPhone.

For Windows Laptop:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Choose Network & Internet.
  3. Click on Cellular.
  4. Navigate to eSIM profiles > Add profile.
  5. Scan the QR code using your laptop's camera.
